This the second of three, animated digital videos that the City of New Westminster is developing to raise awareness and educate Consumers, Homebuilders and Architects/Designers on the benefits of designing and constructing a high performance new home.

- Highlights the advantages to your business and clients of taking the performance path to design and construction, enabling your projects to exceed Code minimum and meet the enhanced energy standard of BC’s new Energy Step Code.
